• Qualified to serve individuals, families, businesses, medical & professional practices, and farms/agribusiness.
• I work with a team of specialists, business attorneys and CPA's to assist in more complex cases such as estate planning, informal business valuations, buy/sell agreement reviews, succession planning, and group benefits. 
• Over 25 years of working with business owners, school districts, city & county agencies, and non-profits through three different industries.  Have a good understanding of the many challenges faced by business owners and organization leaders.
